The City has an interlocal cooperative purchasing agreement with the state that allows the City to <br /> make purchases from their competitively awarded contracts in lieu of soliciting bids on its own. <br /> This item is on the 2014 equipment replacement list and will be installed on a Volvo Truck to be purchased <br /> separately. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Purchase of one Vacuum Excavator truck body from Washington State Contract 01912 in the <br /> amount of$389,660.44 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br />
