Wave Drive Electric scope No changes to the circuit breaker box, its feeders or its circuit breakers Replace the following light fixtures: • Front entry chandelier(3*60w= 180w) ->4 cans*10w ea =40w • stairwell (6*60w=360w) -> 2 cans*10w ea =20w • upstairs hallway (2*100w= 200w) -> 2 cans*10w ea = 20w • guest bath (1@100w) -> 2 cans*10w ea = 20w • guest bedroom (2@100w= 200w) ->4 cans*10w ea =40w • master bedroom (2@100w= 200w) -> 5 cans*10w ea =50w • • master bath and hall (2@100w= 200w) -> 3 cans*11.2w ea = 34w • master closet (1@60w) -> 2 cans*10w ea = 20w • kitchen (5@60w+3*60w=480w) -> 8 cans *10w ea =80w including new pantry • Dining room bar(1@75w) -> living room string lights (100w transformer) • New switch & lights in living room ->4 cans*10w ea =40w • Garage: replace 2 fluorescent troffers with same wattage, add a 3rd at 50w The underlined lighting changes above increase wattage. However the load increases are offset by wattage decreases on the same circuit breaker, and the wattage changes are trivial compared to the 15 amp * 120 V= 1800 watt capacity of the smallest breaker in the house. Move electric from a dining room wall being removed: relocate light switches and outlets. Add junction boxes in the attic if necessary to transmit electric power from existing circuit breakers to their loads. Replace standard outlets with GFI in the kitchen, garage, outside back patio, laundry room Upgrade dining room light control from single pole to 3 way. Add switch location and lights for new pantry. Add or move kitchen outlets including those feeding all kitchen appliances. Move master bath vanity light over(same fixture) Move 3 light switches from a removed short wall in the front entry railing to the right side of front door, including upgrading outside light switches from manual to automatic timers.
