I would like to utilize <br />the present parldng I have Uoardering Evergreen Way. I understand that someday there <br />may be sidewalks in the front of our building and at that time I would have to <br />relinquish ihe property o��,ned by the city and change both my parking and lan�3scaping <br />to accommodate the city. <br />I would also like to keep the parking on the south side of the building zs is <br />(straight in parldng). I have use of another 15 stalls to the south of our property. I <br />undcrstandi$g with the sale of that property adjoining ours, I will have to change to <br />angle parl�ng on this side. <br />Witl� the property we own, we are within the specifications of the planning <br />department. With the two changes I have outlined, I can provide more parking for our <br />customers and more landscaping for the beautification of our property. <br />I hope there will not be any problem with apprcving this request.
