National Objectives <br /> The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> meet the following CDBG National Objective, as identified by the City of Everett for priority in the <br /> 2019 Program Year, "Benefit low/moderate income persons" - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> Appropriate subcategory under the National Objective: <br /> Limited Clientele <br /> 05L - Child Care Services 24 CFR 570.201(e) or 42 USC 5305(a)(8) + 24 CFR <br /> 570.482(c)(2) <br /> Services that will benefit children (generally under age 13), including parenting skills <br /> classes <br /> Description of how the project will meet this subcategory: Tomorrow's Hope provides child care <br /> and comprehensive, trauma-informed child development services for families who have <br /> experienced homelessness or poverty. <br />
