I see that the property has been condemed on 4/23/19 due <br /> to unsafe electrical and unlawful structure. <br /> I would like to do my due diligence to understand fully what is required to get the building back to "lawful" and "safe" <br /> use. To my understanding the following items are required: <br /> 1. Covert building back to SFR through acquiring a building permit with Everett builidng department. <br /> A. Remove the upstairs kitchen. <br /> 2.
