16 <br />Activities. <br />Prepare Conceptual Drawings <br />Prepare conceptual drawings for all new sewerage, suitably presented for an informal review at <br />approximately the 30% level of completion. Obtain City approval of the new sewerage elements. <br />Prepare 90% Drawings <br />Revise drawings based on comments received from 60% document submittal and revisions / <br />additions that are part of this amendment. Prepare new drawings as specified above. <br />Prepare 90% Project Specifications <br />The Consultant will revise the previously prepared specification document to a 90% level of <br />design completion, including finalizing specifications and incorporating the comments from the <br />previous submittal. Bid form and project descriptions will be revised based on revisions / <br />additions that are part of this amendment. <br />Submit 90% Documents and Respond to Review Comments <br />The Consultant will assemble and submit documents to the City for review and comment. The <br />City will provide written review comments and the Consultant will provide written responses, <br />when discrepancies exist or an exception is taken.. <br />Deliverables. <br />1. Full-size Plans —1 paper copy (un-bound) <br />2. Half-size Plans —15 paper copies (14 bound, 1 unbound) <br />3. Project map showing pavement replacement, restoration and sidewalk impacts etc. <br />4. Electronic set of Plans — 5 CDs with PDFs of each drawing <br />5. Project Specification Documents — 15 paper copies (14 bound, 1 unbound); 5 electronic <br />CDs <br />6. Review Comment Responses —electronic <br />Task 640 —Bid Documents (100%) <br />This task includes completion of Phase 1 contract documents. The Consultant will revise the <br />previously prepared design documents to the final stage of design completion, including <br />incorporating the comments from previous design submittal. <br />Assumptions. <br />• Same drawings as at 90%. <br />• Only limited changes, consistent with previous comments and decisions. <br />• Two-step delivery: 100% "Proof Set" and Final Bid Document set. <br />Activities: <br />• The Consultant will visually examine the project site to verify that site conditions have not <br />changed since the time of initial site survey and notify/discuss any significant findings which <br />may have an impact on proposed improvements. <br />• The Consultant will prepare construction plans and specifications by completing final design <br />Version 3 9 4/29/14 <br />131 <br />
