technical aspects of the project related to the work of this scope and to participate in Q&A <br />during the meetings. An allowance of 48 hours is included in the budget for this purpose. <br />• The Consultant will furnish a project site map that delineates the extent of pavement <br />replacement for the overall project; differentiate between trench -patching, grind and overlay <br />and full -width pavement replacement; and it will show where sidewalks will be replaced due <br />to construction impacts. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Exhibit boards (approximately 2' by 3') for the following: <br />a. Aerial Map showing Sewer M Project Area, residences and addresses (already <br />prepared). <br />b. Combined and Drainage Sewer Routing. <br />c. Schematic Overview. <br />d. Pavement Replacement. <br />2. Attendance and participation in two public meetings. <br />Task 630 — 90% Phase 1 Detailed Design <br />This task includes completion of Phase 1 design: <br />• Completion of design of modified Phase 1 elements, as described in Amendment No. 2, <br />from a 60% level to 100% level of design. Improved project coverage - sheets C203, <br />C411, C460, C470, C480, and C490. <br />• Addition of design of sewer separation for areas originally designated as part of Phase 2 <br />that were subject to basement flooding during storms in August and September of 2013. <br />Completion of sewer system as described above, from 0% to 100% level of completion. <br />These include new storm sewers for: <br />o Grand Avenue from 14th Street north to 10th Street and from 15th Street south to <br />17th Street. <br />o Rucker Avenue from 11th Street to 10th Street. <br />• Deletion of the proposed Grand Avenue Trunk Sewer between 14th and 15th Streets. <br />• Completion of service to two 15th Street residents on abandoned CS trunk - Sheets <br />C203 and C204 — changing from grinder pump to gravity sewer, to 100% design level. <br />• Revisions to stormwater system and combined sewer conveyance, based on PSO3 <br />studies. Specifically, these include: <br />o Revisions to CS and SD trunks on 15th Street and new Grand Avenue Trunks to <br />separately convey SD and CS to proposed utility bridge location, completion of <br />design from 0% to 100%.. <br />o Design for sewer crossing connections at 15th St. and Grand Avenue as needed. <br />Revisions to Control Structure at 15th St for interim and Phase 2 implementation, <br />completion of design from 0% to 100%.. <br />• Revisions to flow measurement design, based on the above conveyance system <br />modifications, with completion of design from 0% to 100%. Relocation of storm drain <br />(SD) flow measurement; relocation of combined sewer (CS) overflow flow <br />measurement; and changes to flow measurement technology from flumes to <br />depth/velocity meters, with associated electrical and instrumentation elements. <br />Version 3 8 4/29/14 <br />130 <br />
