Final Construction Cost Estimate — 2 paper copies; 1 electronic (Excel file) <br />Task 1000 Construction Support Services <br />The Scope of Services described in Amendment No. 1 is amended as follows. <br />Assumptions <br />• Phase 1 Construction will commence in December 2014 and be complete in January, <br />2016. <br />Activities <br />Meetings. The Consultant will attend monthly meetings (fifteen), each with a duration of 3 hours. <br />The Project Manager will attend eight (8) meetings. The Project Engineer will attend fifteen (15) <br />meetings. <br />Submittal Review. The Consultant will review submittals as selected by the City, with a total <br />level of effort limited by the budget included in Amendment No. 1, excepting as adjusted for <br />escalation herein. <br />RFI, Change Orders.
