Due to <br />another Everett Police Department canine in need of a medical retirement, it is in the best interest of the City <br />and Everett Police Depaitnient to return K9 Officer Quay to service with a veteran handler. This Agreement <br />assigns, conveys and transfers all rights, title and interest in Quay to the City and Everett Police Department. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Michael Braley to reinstate K-9 Officer Quay. <br />77 <br />
