The Port of Everett has spent several years refining the development concept for the project and will soon be submitting an application to amend the PDO master plan and development agreement. The Port has asked to brief the City Council on June 25, 2014,prior to its submittal of the application. Port staff will present an overview of the new development concept as information for the City Council. The process to amend the master plan and development agreement will involve a full public process with the Planning Commission, and ultimately the City Council.
