Pricing QCC provides the following services as described in the Scope of Work Below Item 1: Process Water Pump Station improvements: $ 11,355.00 Item 2: Plant SCADA system evaluation and improvements: Hourly Services on demand- budget 200 hrs @ $155/hr $ 31,000.00 Clarifications and Exclusions 1. QCC provides professional and field services only under this scope of work. QCC's prices does NOT include any new hardware or software license. It is assumed all required hardware and software licensing is existing and in good working order. Any required hardware, equipment, or license identified as necessary will be quoted under a separate cover. 2. QCC does NOT provide the following unless specifically included in our bill of material: • Pipe, tubing, valves or fittings between the instrument and the process. • Conduit, wire or cable not integral to instrument or control panels supplied by QCC. • Mounting brackets, stanchions, supports or mounting pads not an integral part of the instrument. • Labor to install the equipment. • The Cost, (if due to local union regulations), to have local craftsman make adjustments or wiring modifications to our equipment during start-up and calibration. • Any material or services not in our quoted sections. Scope of Work Item #1- QCC provides the following services: 1. Control Systems Engineering— a. QCC reviews and evaluate the existing Process Water Pump Station MCC and VFD as- built documentation and provides red-lined modifications as required to meet the functional requirements of the specifications and recommended industry best practices for industrial control systems. Includes confirming and/or corrections for operation in full auto PLC control, manual local control, restart after powerfail /fault, and other standard control parameters for critical process systems 2.
