a. QCC provides onsite testing and commissioning services for the existing process <br /> water pump station MCC and VFDs. Includes: <br /> i. VFD programming and commission <br /> ii. Instrumentation calibration and testing. <br /> iii. Control wiring modifications as required in MCC-HPWPS, 01 MS 01, and 01 <br /> MS 02. <br /> iv. 10 testing for signals related to the Process Water Pump Station motor <br /> controls and instrumentation. <br /> 3. Programming Services- <br /> a. PLC Programming—QCC provides the required PLC programing necessary to provide <br /> the functional operation as specified. <br /> b. VFD Programming- QCC provides the required VFD network configuration and <br /> programming necessary to provide the functional requirements specified, as well as <br /> local and automatic control functions consistent with industry standards and best <br /> practices. <br /> c. SCADA Programming- QCC provides the required SCADA programming necessary to <br /> provide operational control and monitoring as specified. <br /> - All equipment and services provided include a 1-year warranty <br /> Item #2- SCADA and PLC system evaluation and improvements- <br /> 1. PLC software review and evaluation — <br /> a. Review and evaluate existing PLC code base- QCC provides engineering review of the <br /> existing PLC software for conformance to industry and manufacturer best practices. <br /> QCC provides a report of findings including a prioritized recommended <br /> improvements punch list. <br /> 2. SCADA software review and evaluation— <br /> a. Review and evaluate existing SCADA software and deployment- QCC provides <br /> engineering review of the existing Wonderware software for conformance to <br /> industry and manufacturer best practices recommended deployment architecture. <br /> QCC provides a report of findings including a prioritized recommended <br /> improvements punch list. <br /> 3. Programming and Engineering Services- On demand <br /> a. QCC provides engineering and programming services to implement recommended <br /> solutions and upgrades as requested by the owner. <br /> b.
