Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide hourly treatment plant flow data for the period from July 2012 to present. <br /> 2. Provide rainfall records for the same corresponding period of the treatment plant flow. <br /> 3. Provide population estimates for 2013 through 2019. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Consistent with previous evaluations, inflow analysis will not be performed since the City <br /> of Everett is a combined sewer system and the City has a CSO Control Plan. <br /> 2. If population estimates are not available for interim years between 2012 and 2019, the <br /> population will be scaled linearly from the population used in the 2012 report to 2019. <br /> 3.
