The expense for all labor,materials and equipment <br /> rental required for tapping mains,making connections,placing valves,meters or <br /> any other protective device deemed necessary by the utilities superintendent to <br /> prevent the unauthorized use of water, including the testing of completed work, <br /> shall be paid by the customer. <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make <br /> necessary corrections to this Ordinance including,but not limited to,the correction of <br /> scrivener's/clerical errors,references,ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any <br /> references thereto. <br /> Section 3.
