(1) CB 1409-44 -1st Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of limited tax general obligation refund bonds of the City in the principal amount of not to exceed $36,500,000 to provide funds to refund certain outstanding bonds. (3rd and final reading on 10-8-14) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and The Everett Public Facilities District relating to the refinance of the District's 2007 Project Revenue Bonds. (3) Award RFQ 2014-052 for a Fire Department Efficiency Assessment and Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Fitch and Associates, LLC in the amount of $66,400.00. CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$1,731,400.78 for the period of September 6, 2014 through September 12, 2014. (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,446,402.02 for the period ending September 6, 2014. (6) Authorize the closure of Cedar Street, Everett Avenue to 25th Street, for the Everett Sausage Fest on October 3 and 4, 2014, 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., and October 5, 2014, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., sponsored by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Booster Club.
