Inc. in the amount of$135,954.00, including Washington State sales tax. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Botesch Nash & Hall Architects for the Senior Center— Entrance Skylights Replacement Project in the amount of $15,500.00. (15) Award the contract bid for the Broadway Bridge Replacement Project to Interwest Construction, Inc., of Burlington, WA, in the amount of $7,685,423.50 including Washington State sales tax. (16) Award 2013 Storm water Facility Access Retrofit Phase II Project contract to the lowest responsive bidder, Taylors Excavators, Inc in the amount of $354,375.84, including Washington State Sales Tax. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #3 with Razz Construction for the Horizon Elementary School Walk Route Safety Project.
