4. <br /> 2 <br /> property, annexations, and changes in state-assessed property, and$200,000 <br /> resulting from a refund levy, for a total of$34,678,892. <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES <br /> The Everett City Council hereby authorizes the property tax levy for collection <br /> in the year 2015 at$6,181,722 (including a$423,261 increase in dollar amount, <br /> which is a 7.3502%increase over the amount of taxes lawfully levied by the <br /> City in 2014. This will restore the highest lawful EMS levy as established in <br /> 2011.
