Touchstone has secured financing and is commencing construction. This resolution authorizes the <br /> Mayor to sign certain amendments to the agreements between the City and Touchstone. These amendments <br /> concern updating the agreements to reflect final construction plans (particularly with respect to excavation) <br /> and certain amendments requested by Touchstone's bank to accommodate the construction loan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution Relating to Touchstone Hotel Project. <br /> 1 <br />
