The <br /> proposed amendment to the Zoning Code will provide for increased wayfinding for tourist and economic <br /> activity by allowing signage at the top of buildings in the downtown, Central Business District(CBD). Current <br /> regulations require signage to be at the street level oriented towards the immediate area,and not on upper <br /> floors of buildings. The proposed amendment would provide flexibility for signage to act as a wayfinding tool <br /> for uses like hotels.
