The proposed central vidco board will be 16' x 26' <br />surroundod by up to six ad panels with internal illumination. The total sign coverage will be 27' x 40' or <br />1,080sf, and standiug approximately 48'3" high. <br />Revised Propossl: The video board's location has becn relocatcd from right field to center field. GENARAL EVALUATION CRITERIA: <br />1. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed speci�l properh� use. <br />Findings: The applicant entcred into a license agrecment with the Everett School District to usc <br />certain athletic and ancillary facilities at tl�e District's Gverett Memorial Stadium on Ianuary 19, <br />2005, and amcnded that licensc agreement to provide for the consintction, installation, use, and <br />maintcnance of a video board on Dlarch 24, 2009. The proposed video board would be an <br />enhancetnent to thc existing use at the Memorial Stadium. Its use is intended ro bc limited to game <br />days for a set period of timc at cach c��ent. The video board and signage will be utilized solcly for <br />bascball games ���ithin �fcmorial Smdium.
