The school district, its students, and various community groups who utilize <br />Memorial Stadium will have access to the new display. <br />Conclusion: 7'he proposed video board would not adversely alter the basic appearance or character <br />of Memorial Stadium and would not generate harmful impacts on the neighborhood. The proposal is <br />consistent with the Everett Comprehensive Plan. <br />10. Compliance wit6 the provisioos of this Ordioence and other City, State and Federal <br />regdletions. <br />Findings: The proposal will comply with the Intemational IIuilding and Fire Codes and Public <br />Works Standard Manual. <br />Conclusion: With conditions, the proposal will comply with the provisions of the City's Zoning <br />Code, Building and Fire Codes, and Public Works Standard Manual. The applicant shall obtain all <br />necessary pertnits from the City prior to installing the strucwre. <br />11.
