As such, it is not regulated as a sign undcr <br />Everett's Municipal Code. The proposal is not anticipated to have adverse impacts on the <br />surrounding propertics. Additional screening will insure the video board is not vicwed from <br />IIroadway. <br />7. Thc sign design is simple and uncluttered with limited swcture. The vidco board's <br />use is intendcd for designated hours during day of events only, all other days it will remain dark.
