4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled; "Everett Citywide Guardrail Improvement <br /> Program" Fund 303,Program 100, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 3328-13. <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Everett Citywide Guardrail Improvement <br /> Program"Fund 303,Program 100,was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Everett Citywide Guardrail Improvement <br /> Program"Fund 303,Program 100, as established by Ordinance No. 3328-13,be closed. <br /> Section 2: 0 <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Everett Citywide Guardrail Improvement Program" <br /> Fund 303, Program 100, are as follows: - <br /> A.
