Ilb Beginning at the NE corner of said subdivision; thence Wly along the N line thereof to the Ely margin of Primary State Highway No. 1; thence SWly and Nally and SWly along said Ely margin to a point which is 168.E-1 feet S of the N line of said subdivision; thence Ely to a point which is 200 ft. east of the W line of said subdivision; thence S to a point which is 600.00 ft. north of the N line of 12th Street extended E from Power's First Addition; thence E a distance of 215.84 feet; thence N 85°34' 15" E a distance of 147.75 ft., said point being on the north line of llth St. (now called 10th St); thence N 89° 50' E along said north line a distance of 555.35 ft. to a point of curve to the right; thence SEly along said curve having a central angle of 1111° 31' 50 " an arc distance of 80.36 feet to a point of compound curve; thence SEly along said curve having a central angle of 7°50'00" an arc distance of 82.25 feet, to an intersection with the NWly mar- gin of 10th St. as now established; thence NEly along said street margin to the east line of said subdivision; thence Nly along said east line to the NE corner of said subdivision which is the point of beginntg; subject to easement to the City of Everett for sewers, be rezoned from existing R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone to B-2 Community Shopping Zone.
