McReynolds Sr. P.E. 1 <br /> PUD #1 of Snohomish County <br /> PO Box 1107, § <br /> Everett WA 98206-1107 <br /> Re: Snohomish County PUD — Fiber/Power Project <br /> Work within the City's Water Filtration Plant Boundary and along Portal 2 <br /> Roadway <br /> Dear Mr. McReynolds <br /> Per our discussions over the past couple of months and in regard to our recent phone <br /> conversation, and your subsequent email dated May 15th, 2018, we offer the following <br /> information in regard to approval of you're project plans prior to any work being <br /> performed within the above referenced areas. <br /> As previously requested the City requires review and approval of your plans sets <br /> illustrating the exact location of your underground facilities including wires, conduits, <br /> duct-banks, vaults, etc. In addition we required additional information in regard to the <br /> routing and trenching of your facilities along the top of a dam which is regulated by the <br /> Washington State Department of Ecology's Office of Dam Safety. <br /> This letter serves as notification of the initial information which we require along with a <br /> description of the permit process for submittal of the information. In order to perform <br /> your work within the City facilities please complete the Public Works Permit application <br /> and submit it with 2 copies of your project plans. Please note, Scott Spahr is familiar <br /> with this process as he went thought it for the PUD DDVP project at the City's Diversion <br /> Dam. <br /> To assist you in providing as much information as possible within your first submittal, <br /> please provide the following information: <br /> • Detailed route information for your underground facilities including offsets from <br /> existing buried facilities, edge of road and control points.
