SEPA ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST FOR <br /> Beverly Park Switching Station Expansion AGENCY <br /> P.U.D. NO. 1 of Snohomish County USE. <br /> • Stormwater from the onsite system will be routed from the most <br /> downstream catchbasins inside the switching station via a culvert pipe <br /> that will discharge outside of the fence to the toe of the northerly and <br /> easterly fill slopes with an energy dissipation feature at the outflow. <br /> 2) Could waste materials enter ground or surface waters? If so, generally describe. <br /> • No. When the transformer is installed, an oil containment system will be <br /> installed to prevent any mineral oil insulating fluid leak from entering the <br /> storm water collection system or other discharge into the environment. <br /> d.
