r . <br /> 1. Provide a landscape plan that meets Planning Department approval. Type.III standards along the <br /> north and south lot lines must be met except where the walkway is within the standard five-foot <br /> wide landscape strip in which case a six-foot tall solid wood fence must be constructed except <br /> within the front setback or within four feet of the rear lot line. The maximum fence height within <br /> the front setback is 42 inches. <br /> 2. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided. Garbage receptacles, <br /> dumpsters, and recycle bins shall be located adjacent to the alley. All garbage <br /> dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the street and from adjacent <br /> properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by placing the dumpster or <br /> recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br />
