Type.III standards along the north and south lot lines must be met except where the walkway is within the standard five-foot wide landscape strip in which case a six-foot tall solid wood fence must be constructed except within the front setback or within four feet of the rear lot line. The maximum fence height within the front setback is 42 inches. 2. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided. Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins shall be located adjacent to the alley. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the street and from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure.
