FINAL MITIGATED <br /> DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE �. <br /> SEPA10-035 for Special Property Use(SPU10-002) <br /> Construction Debris Recycling Facility <br /> 10/18/2010 <br /> Project Description: A construction debris recycling facility(Busy Beaver Recycling,LLC)is proposing to <br /> locate their operations within the existing building and outdoors. Material handled at this facility includes <br /> wood,concrete, cardboard,plastics,roofing materials,drywall,metal and other nonhazardous construction <br /> debris. Two outdoor storage piles(one wood and one concrete/asphalt; a maximum of 3,500 cubic yards <br /> each) and an empty container storage area are proposed to locate on the south and southeast sides of the <br /> property.All other construction debris will be sorted and stored within the building. Other site improvements <br /> include sight-obscuring fencing,landscaping around the edge of the debris piles and a truck scale on the <br /> north side of the building.Note: The Applicant had initially proposed that the wood and concrete/asphalt <br /> debris would periodically be crushed and chipped outdoors; however that has now been revised and no <br /> grinding or crushing will be occurring on site at this time.
