• <br /> 1908.9 Material-handling equipment.Approved material-handling equipment shall be available for <br /> moving wood chips,hogged material,wood fines and raw product during fire-fighting operations. <br /> 1908.10 Emergency plan.The owner or operator shall develop a plan for monitoring,controlling <br /> and extinguishing spot fires and submit the plan to the fire code official for review and approval. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> However,the existing District facilities in the local area may require upgrading.This location is very <br /> close to the District's Delta Substation,and they have concerns of wood and concrete dust migrating <br /> to the substation. Cost of any work,new or upgrade,to existing facilities that is required to connect <br /> this proposed development to the District electric system shall be in accordance with the applicable <br /> District policy. The developer will be required to supply the District with suitable <br /> locations/easements upon their property for any underground electrical facilities that must be <br /> installed to serve the proposed development. Contact with the District is recommended prior to <br /> design of the proposed project.For information about specific electrical service requirements,please <br /> call the District's Everett office at(425)783-8272 to contact a Customer Engineer. <br /> 2.
