NOTICE OF DECISION '` <br /> PLANNING DIRECTOR DECISION <br /> Busy Beaver Recycling Facility SPU10-002 <br /> Sub-Project SEPA10-035 <br /> October 18,2010 <br /> Proposal: A construction debris recycling facility is proposing to locate their operations within the <br /> existing 95,175 square foot warehouse building and outdoors. Facility operations include <br /> sorting and processing of construction demolition materials such as recovered wood, <br /> asphalt, concrete, cardboard, metal, and other nonhazardous construction debris. Material <br /> will be tipped into the building from container trucks, sorted and stored in the building <br /> except for broken concrete, asphalt and wood will be stored in two outdoor piles south and <br /> east of the building. Material will be bailed and transferred into containers for shipment to <br /> end users or to other facilities for further processing. A truck scale will be used to weigh <br /> loads of materials.
