City of Everett 12020 Water,Filtration,Sewer, and Stormwater Rate Study IFiN
Project Time Schedule
Project Time Schedule
Introduction
Based on the scope of service developed, a project time schedule can be developed.
Project Time Schedule
HDR's estimated project time schedule is, in part, driven by and based upon the availability of
data, the ability to schedule internal project meetings in a timely manner, and work with City
staff to develop the study final recommendations. Based upon our experience working with the
City, along with the complexity of these studies, the rate study Tasks (Task 2—Task 7, Task 14)
will be completed by the end of 2020. The exception to this will be Task 5 for the stormwater
rate structure. This task will continue into 2021 as the City develops the approach to
implementing the stormwater rates. The Tasks supporting the rate study(Task 8—Task 12)will
be completed during 2020.
Summary
The estimated schedule is based upon the previously discussed scope of work. Given an
agreed upon scope of work, HDR is willing to work with the City to establish a final project time
schedule which meets the City's scheduling requirements.
Page 16
