Exhibit "E" shall <br /> be used for all reporting requirements under this agreement. <br /> E. Staffing <br /> [List of staff and time commitments to be allocated to the activity specified in I.A. above] <br /> Staffing for the contract administration of the roof and building envelope replacement is <br /> estimated at 4 prorated FTE's for four months. Detail is as follows: <br /> Contract Administrator 0.2 FTE for four months <br /> Construction Manager 0.5 FTE for three months <br /> Procurement Manager 0.2 FTE for one month <br /> Labor Auditor 0.2 FTE for three months <br /> II. Time of Performance <br /> The Subrecipient shall start the Activities on the 1st day of July 2019 and end on the 30th <br /> day of June 2020. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall be extended <br /> to cover any additional time period during which the Subrecipient remains in control of <br /> CDBG funds or other assets, including program income. The City may, at its discretion, <br /> extend the term of this Agreement to allow for the expenditure of unexpended funds. <br /> Ill. Budget <br /> The Subrecipient shall complete Exhibit "C", listing budgetary items in relation to the <br /> project. <br />
