• <br /> Shelter, Street Outreach; <br /> 5. Develop and provide an electronic version of vehicle parking permit to <br /> Interfaith Family Shelter, so they may print permits and issue them to <br /> clients; <br /> 6. Provide space in the church building for Case Manager to meet with clients; <br /> 7. Provide garbage receptacles, clear instructions for waste disposal, and garbage <br /> pickup; <br /> 8. Provide a schedule of church events to clients and Interfaith Family Shelter to <br /> avoid conflicts with events not involving clients; Clients agree to use their <br /> best efforts not to interfere with such events; <br /> 9. Provide a "Certificate of Liability Insurance" naming Interfaith Family Shelter, <br /> as additional insured to protect Interfaith Family Shelter, Street Outreach against <br /> the risks covered by Cascade View Presbyterian Church insurance policy; <br /> 10. Arrange towing of unauthorized and abandoned vehicles at owner's risk and <br /> expense; <br /> 11. Identify a contact person(s) who will be available to ensure that <br /> communication between organizations will be accurate and timely; <br /> 12. Meet with Interfaith Family Shelter representatives at least once a month; <br /> 13. Communicate with Interfaith Family Shelter promptly when the following <br /> events occur: <br /> a. an incident, <br /> b. a grievance <br /> c. client leaves the program, <br /> d. 911 call related to Program. <br /> The parties hereto have executed this MOU as of the day and year last written below. <br /> The term of this MOU shall commence on the date below and continue for one year <br /> thereafter. Either party may terminate this MOU upon 30 days written notice to the <br /> other party. If either party terminates this agreement, Interfaith Family Shelter will be <br /> responsible for placing any clients currently in the program in suitable living <br /> arrangements, elsewhere. <br /> At termination of this agreement, Interfaith Family Shelter will ensure that all clients <br /> personal items, vehicles be removed and property restored to its condition at the time of <br /> 5 <br />
