• Shelter, Street Outreach; 5. Develop and provide an electronic version of vehicle parking permit to Interfaith Family Shelter, so they may print permits and issue them to clients; 6. Provide space in the church building for Case Manager to meet with clients; 7. Provide garbage receptacles, clear instructions for waste disposal, and garbage pickup; 8. Provide a schedule of church events to clients and Interfaith Family Shelter to avoid conflicts with events not involving clients; Clients agree to use their best efforts not to interfere with such events; 9. Provide a "Certificate of Liability Insurance" naming Interfaith Family Shelter, as additional insured to protect Interfaith Family Shelter, Street Outreach against the risks covered by Cascade View Presbyterian Church insurance policy; 10. Arrange towing of unauthorized and abandoned vehicles at owner's risk and expense; 11. Identify a contact person(s) who will be available to ensure that communication between organizations will be accurate and timely; 12. Meet with Interfaith Family Shelter representatives at least once a month; 13. Communicate with Interfaith Family Shelter promptly when the following events occur: a. an incident, b. a grievance c. client leaves the program, d. 911 call related to Program. The parties hereto have executed this MOU as of the day and year last written below. The term of this MOU shall commence on the date below and continue for one year thereafter. Either party may terminate this MOU upon 30 days written notice to the other party. If either party terminates this agreement, Interfaith Family Shelter will be responsible for placing any clients currently in the program in suitable living arrangements, elsewhere. At termination of this agreement, Interfaith Family Shelter will ensure that all clients personal items, vehicles be removed and property restored to its condition at the time of 5
