1-Y <br /> Subtask 702 - Review Existing Information and Conduct Site Visit <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Meet with the City permit lead to exchange existing and background information to <br /> support permit planning/acquisition efforts. <br /> 2. Participate in a site visit to gather sufficient permit-related information to assist in <br /> assessing applicable permit requirements. This site visit will be coordinated with site <br /> visits by other team members when possible. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Facilitate exchange of existing permitting information. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Meeting with City permit lead will be a maximum two (2) hours in duration. <br /> 2. Site visit will be up to four (4) hours in duration. Up to two (2) staff will attend the site <br /> visit. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. None. <br /> Subtask 703 — Permitting Strategy Plan <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Develop a Permitting Strategy Plan that includes: <br /> a) Permit matrix providing the following information: Permit/Approval, Lead Agency, <br /> Permit Trigger, Submittal Information, Processing Time, and Agency Contact <br /> Information. <br /> b) Agency coordination/contact protocol. <br /> c) Permit acquisition schedule. <br /> d) NEPA/SEPA compliance requirements. <br /> e) Permit tracking table that will become the primary tracking tool used during the <br /> permit acquisition phase of the project. <br /> 2. Coordinate with the City to develop a list of permitting activities to be performed by the <br /> Consultant. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Review permitting strategy plan. <br /> 2.
