• Jacobs will furnish structural designs for the concrete base including consideration <br /> for groundwater buoyancy. <br /> • Structural designs for the precast concrete walls, lid and access manholes will be <br /> furnished by the precast supplier. <br /> • This task is considered non-time critical and is therefore not on the same schedule as <br /> Subtasks 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4. The deliverables submitted for this task will separate <br /> deliverables, and not included in the bid-set package developed for Subtasks 8.2, 8.3 <br /> and 8.4. Due to a non-critical schedule,this task assumes the City will provide review <br /> comments within two weeks of draft submittals. <br /> Specific activities include: <br /> • Prepare 60% design plans and specifications, per Tables 3 and 4, and an Engineers <br /> opinion of construction costs. <br /> o City will provide one adjudicated set of review comments. <br /> o Jacobs will prepare an American Association of Cost Engineering (AACE) Class <br /> V Opinion of Probable Construction Costs (OPCC). <br /> • Prepare 100% bid-set documents, per Tables 3 and 4, draft cost estimate and <br /> responses to City review comments. <br /> • Prepare final bid-set documents, per Tables 3 and 4, final cost estimate and <br /> responses to City review comments. <br /> This task assumes no coordination meetings/review meetings are anticipated outside of the <br /> already scheduled bi-weekly PM meetings covered within Subtask 8.1. Refer to Table 2 for <br /> Jacobs schedule on a subtask level. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 60% design plans and specifications and draft cost estimate. <br /> • 100% bid-set documents, draft cost estimate and responses to City review <br /> comments. <br /> • Final bid-set documents, final cost estimate, responses to City review comments. <br /> Subtask 9.1 Construction Services <br /> During construction of the SEI to SRI alternative,the SRO8 Rehab Pipeline new Manhole, and <br /> the leaking hatch, per Subtasks 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4,Jacobs will provide construction support <br /> services and assist with submittal reviews and with answering contractor's questions.
