Maintain on the job at each site spill kit(s) sufficient to contain and clean up <br /> I any and all quantity of oils, hydraulic fluid, and other chemicals to be stored <br /> or stockpiled at the Site. <br /> 1.5 BUILDING ACESS AND SECURITY <br /> A. Contractor Access: Contractor access to the work site will be restricted as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access into facility by City's <br /> I representative. Contractor is expected to maintain site security and lock <br /> gates outside of established working hours. <br /> 2. Contractor will be responsible for providing a keyed lock to secure the gate <br /> I leading to the aeration cells. Contractor will coordinate with City to place the <br /> lock on the gate to the aeration cells and remove the lock before Closeout. <br /> Contractor's lock must be placed in daisy-chain fashion so as to preserve <br /> I existing access for all other users of the facility. <br /> 3. Contractor shall note that the City's Bio-pad is monitored by security <br /> cameras; however, this does not exclude the contractor from taking <br /> Imeasures to secure and protect his equipment from theft or vandalism. <br /> I1.6 WORKING HOURS <br /> A. General Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly <br /> Idefines each phase of work and the work hours associated with each phase. <br /> B. Work site is available from 0600 -2230 seven days a week excluding City <br /> observed holidays unless otherwise approved by the City's Project Manager. <br /> IAny additional or alternate work hours will require advance approval and <br /> coordination with the City's Project Manager. See Section G below in regard to <br /> Iconstruction start times and the City's Noise Ordinance. <br /> C. The Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) will be occupied 24/7 and access to <br /> I the work area must be available to plant staff during the project. The Contractor <br /> will have access to the WPCF treatment lagoons necessary to perform the Work. <br /> Contractor will not be permitted access to buildings or other treatment facilities <br /> within the WPCF boundary unless required as a part of the Work. <br /> 1.7 NOISE ORDINANCES <br /> IA. The City has established regulations for control of noise in residential zoned <br /> property. For the purpose of regulating potential disruptive or annoying noise, <br /> I <br /> 00 7300 - 3 SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />
