Copies of all minutes/notes from daily safety meetings. <br /> 1.4 ACCIDENT REPORTING <br /> A. Serious accidents such as those resulting in treatment of an injury at a medical <br /> facility, response to the site by emergency medical personnel or damage to <br /> property other than that of the Contractor shall be reported to the Project Manager <br /> ' within twenty-four (24) hours of the occurrence. <br /> B.
