1 <br /> Power Requirements <br /> Based upon the equipment set up APG will require 500 Ampere, 480 Volt, 60 Hz, <br /> three phase power in order to operate all centrifuges and auxiliary equipment. <br /> APG will use the power available at the site as stated in the bid documents. <br /> Water Requirements ' <br /> Polymer will be required to enhance the dewatering characteristics of the sludge <br /> to be processed. APG requires 200 gpm for polymer makedown water. APG will <br /> use the water lines provided at the setup area that were shown at the site visit. <br /> Schedule & Personnel On-Site ' <br /> APG plans to operate 15 hours per day on the weekdays and 10 hours per day on <br /> the Saturdays during the dewatering operation. There will be two 7.5-hour shifts <br /> each weekday and two 5-hour shifts on Saturdays. Each shift will consist of a <br /> dredge operator, polymer technician and centrifuge operator. The supervisor will <br /> be on site each day and available 24 hours. <br /> APG estimates the removal to require 22 -25 operating days to complete the <br /> removal.
