PERMIT SF.IZVICES/BLDG DEPARTMENT — 425.257.8810 <br />1. This project requires construction permits and Fnal inspections by the City of Everett. Final <br />approvals are required by the City prior to occupancy. <br />PUBLIC WORKS —Gordon Witcher - 425.257.8810 <br />1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br />Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site <br />parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all <br />required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br />2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />3. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. <br />Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 <br />and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can be <br />substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated <br />charges prior to building permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public <br />Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the <br />approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. <br />5. Stormwater shall be managed in accordance with the City of Everett's 2010 Stormvater Management <br />Manual. <br />6. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression <br />and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />7. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per City <br />Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br />8. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. <br />9. Walkways must be provided from 19'h Ave SE to the entrance of the office. <br />10. Relocation of access point to center of property, aligned with 96`h Pl SE is supported by Traffic <br />Engineering. The new access point must comply with City of Everett driveway standards with a <br />minimum width of 35 feet. Any changes to channclization along 19'h Ave SE must be approved by <br />WSDOT. <br />11. A public water main must be extended from the cast side of 19'h Ave SE to the 6" water main on the <br />west side of 19°i Ave SE to form a loop system to meet fine flow requirements per City standards. <br />Final MDNS SEPAL a d uSP12-002 <br />3 P <br />
