City of Everett 00 63 63- 5
3600 Smith Street Clean Up
Schedule C. The reason for the added tax is the result of an e-mail the City of Everett received
from the Department of Revenue, dated 10-15-19, and is per WAC 171.
Schedule D. The three new items added under schedule D above are the result of discovery of
differing site conditions, (an existing sump that was filled with water mixed with traces of
hydrocarbon contaminants) which resulted in the need to adequately dispose of materials
discovered and then fill-in the cleaned-up sump site.
CONTRACT TIME: No additional days where added.
END OF SECTION 00 63 63
00 63 63-5 CHANGE ORDER-AGREED
