The overall sign proposal <br /> includes the following signs: <br /> Proposed Sign A: Northern illuminated channel letter rooftop sign. <br /> Sign face is—38 feet wide by—14 feet high;total sign area: 76 sq.ft. <br /> Proposed Sign B: Eastern illuminated channel letter rooftop sign. <br /> Sign face is—57 feet wide by—14 feet high;total sign area: 76 sq.ft. <br /> Proposed Sign C: Southern illuminated channel letter wall sign,86 square feet in sign area. <br /> (Meets current code standards) <br /> Proposed Sign D: Monument sign along Pacific Avenue street frontage. Sixty square feet <br /> in sign area, 8-feet high by 8-feet wide near the SE intersection of Pacific <br /> Avenue and Pine Street(Meets current code standards) <br /> Proposed Sign E: Monument sign within Pine Street right-of-way.
