Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Remove electric baseboard heaters and replace with wall <br /> mounted heaters located near doorways <br /> ii. Living/Dinning/Kitchen: Remove electric baseboard heaters. Replace with ductless <br /> 12K mini split heat pump. (sizing and location to be confirmed by HVAC contractor) <br /> iii. Remove/replace thermostats <br /> j. Remove and replace baseboard and door moldings/trim <br /> Ck.
