The appeal of the September 28, 2017 denial of the request to exceed the 15-foot height <br /> limit for a residential accessory structure pursuant to EMC 19.07.020.J.2 is DENIED. <br /> SUMMARY OF RECORD <br /> Request: <br /> On September 29,2017, Jeff Cook timely appealed a September 28, 2017 decision letter denying a <br /> request to exceed the 15-foot limit for residential accessory structure pursuant to EMC <br /> 19.07.020.J.2.
