Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> Non Structural <br /> 1. The number of stories on the cover sheet TS1 in the Building Information area should <br /> be revised to show 4 stories and no basement. <br /> 2. The stair enclosures must be distinct and separate from each other. They are combined <br /> on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th stories. Section 1023.1 <br /> 3. The stair enclosures (entry doors) must be separated from each other by a minimum of <br /> 1/3 the greatest diagonal of the building. Sections 1007.1.1 and 1007.1.1.1 <br /> 4. The beams within the 2nd floor supporting the stairs as depicted on Sheet A305 must be <br /> individually fire-protected for two-hour fire-resistance. A detail and listing is required. <br /> Section 704.3 <br />
