PUBLIC WORKS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Enayat Aziz, 425-891-6295 <br /> FROM: Sabrina Fandler, Engineering/Permit Services <br /> DATE: 4/11/2017 <br /> SUBJECT: Plan Review Comments for Public Works Permit Application <br /> PROPOSAL: Site Work for New Apartment Building (infill/addition) <br /> LOCATION: 4220 Colby Ave <br /> PERMIT#: PW1612-011 <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Permit Services Division indicates that the following <br /> revisions shall be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br /> 1. Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your <br /> resubmittal once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available online at https://everettwa.gov/Permits or at the <br /> Permit Counter-2nd Floor, 3200 Cedar Street. <br /> ii. Plans: (2) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups (redlined set of plans). <br /> iii. Comment Response Letter addressing all of the redlined comments or providing <br /> additional information/evidence if redlined comments are not to be addressed for <br /> specific engineering reasons. Notes on the redlined plans with a different colored <br /> pen and initials will suffice for the redlined set. Any additional typed comments <br /> in this letter must also be addressed. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:OOpm and from <br /> 1:OOpm-4:OOpm(closed between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch), except holidays. <br /> 2. The following comments are general comments. Some may reiterate the redlined comments, but <br /> others may be separate. Please address all redlined comments and all comments in this letter <br /> prior to resubmittal. Any questions can be directed at Sabrina Fandler (contact information <br /> above). <br /> a. A DCVA shall be used rather than a DCDA. See redlines for corrections in all the <br /> applicable locations. <br /> b. With the latest submittal of the building permit, the applicant has added a story to the <br /> proposed building.
