What currently happens to rainwater that falls on the site?The entire property runoff, <br /> including the roof downspouts,is to the south with a low point at mid point of south <br /> property line where the surface runoff is directed to the alley via the existing neighboring <br /> building concrete patio that extends to the southwest property corner spreading the flow <br /> to the alley. <br /> 5. Please describe any critical areas on the site (wetlands, buffers,steep slopes,etc.)This <br /> information can be obtained from the City's GIS data,and is available at the permit <br /> counter. None. <br /> 6. What types of soils are found on the site? <br /> **Note:to determine the type of soils on the site, please visit the Natural Resources <br /> Conservation Service's Web Soil Survey at http://websoilsurvey.nres.usda.gov/app/, click the <br /> green button that says Start WSS, then type in your address under Quick Navigation, create <br /> an Area of Interest(AOI)and click the second tab(Soil Map). The soil types will pop up with a <br /> hyperlink and the properties of each will be available when you click the hyperlink. <br /> NRSC maps designate this site within"Alderwood-Urban Land Complex" <br /> predominantly comprised of"Very Gravelly Ashy Sandy Loam"within 7 to 35 inch <br /> depth, derived from "Basal Till"; "Moderately Well Drained". USGS mapping,in <br /> accordance with DNR Geologic Portal, designate this area underlain by Advance <br /> Outwash (Qva) Vashon Drift comprised of overconsolidated sands with interbeds of silt <br /> or silty sand.
