She stated that during the <br /> meetings, public comment will not be accepted and the public may not attend. <br /> Council meetings can be viewed on The Everett Channel or on the City website. <br /> Citizens are encouraged to provide comments in writing prior to the meeting at <br /> council@everettwa.gov. <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:34 p.m., <br /> April 15, 2020, Council President Tuohy presiding.
