The clearance on the latch side of the doors shall be 18 inches minimum per ICC A117.1-09 <br /> Figure 404.2.3.2(a). The minimum clearance shall be specified on the drawing. See IBC <br /> Section 1101.2. <br /> b. The location of the restrooms has been moved west such that the north restroom wall <br /> includes the exterior concrete wall. The concrete wall shall be overframed and insulated <br /> per WSEC-15 Table C402.1.3. The overframing shall be separated from the concrete wall <br /> unless it is constructed of naturally-durable or preservative-treated wood per IBC Section <br /> 2304.12.1.3. <br /> 6. This comment has not been completely addressed. The Ground Floor Plan on Sheet A-2 shall <br /> require safety glazing for the doors in the east exterior wall. The response states that safety <br /> glazing has been specified. Clarify where the safety glazing is specified. See IBC Sections <br /> 2406.4.1. <br /> 7.
