These <br /> comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments such as Utilities, Planning or Fire. All references refer to the 2015 International Building <br /> Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and/or Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) 2015 Edition, as adopted by the City of Everett, <br /> unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary to provide <br /> the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. <br /> Construction documents shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of <br /> the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the building code <br /> and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. <br /> 1. Each dwelling shall comply with sufficient options from Table 406.2 of the Washington <br /> State Energy Code. Based on the size of the structure that you are proposing (medium <br /> dwelling unit), 3.5 credits are required. Show the options chosen and the requirements for <br /> each option on the construction drawings, including, if applicable, equipment type and <br /> efficiency, location of heating and cooling equipment and ducts,flow rate for plumbing <br /> fixtures etc. <br /> i)2 2.
