4.2 Codes,Standards,and Guidelines <br /> Facilities shall be designed based on the most current applicable codes, and most current applicable <br /> Industry standards and guidelines as referenced in this and other sections of the Supplementary <br /> Conditions, unless otherwise indicated. <br /> Where codes and design criteria are subject to interpretation, Design-Builder shall select design <br /> parameters and criteria that result in a more robust and long-lasting facility or structure.Where <br /> codes and standards conflict,the code or standard giving the most conservative design shall govern. <br /> Societies, industry groups, organizations, institutes, and agencies issuing these codes,standards, <br /> and guidelines include, but are not limited to,the following: <br /> 1.
